Responsibilities

• The Research Analyst assists the Marketing department by gathering and analyzing data to aid the growth of business. This includes examining the results of sales and ad campaigns for business improvement purposes.
• Working with the Marketing management team, the Research Analyst works to identify effective ways to gather and interpret data to impact business decisions. This includes a willingness to learn internal and external OS systems and other software systems.
• With an eye for detail and after appropriate fact checking and date validation, the Research Analyst will prepare and present their findings to the Marketing team and other members of management.
• The Research Analyst will keep up to date on current business trends and make recommendations to the management team based upon their research findings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED. A degree, or equivalent experience in, statistics, marketing, web based analytics, or a related field preferred.

Experience: At least one year of experience in research, monitoring, and analysis.

Physical Demands: Low physical demands required. The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Fine attention to detail required as well as proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Powerpoint. Must have certificate in Google Ad Words and Google Analytics.
