- High level overview of all activities that take place in assigned section
- Responsible for adding color and completing color changes
- Checking for sample parts at each press
- Communicate press/part issues with process techs
- Maintain material handling requirements within section
- Completion of all required paperwork
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Give breaks to operators within section
- Perform quality checks
Section Lead Qualifications:- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Section Lead Requirements:- 2 Years- Production Lead or Supervisor in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to adjust priorities as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
