Operations Section Manager jobs in Wichita Falls, TX

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational activities of the organization, including overall shop floor safety and environmental compliance, achievement of quality objectives, management of operations personnel and performance, meet customer expectations and lead times, continuously improve the Company's operational performance and maximize growth and profitability. Plans, directs, and controls all activities necessary to achieve the operational objectives of our Company.

Work Experience Requirements:

• Experienced in all aspects of Manufacturing (e.g., fabrication, welding, machining, forming, pressing, painting, assembly.)
• Familiar with manufacturing quality systems, ASME/code welding, and ISO requirements.
• Experienced user of manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Skilled in development and implementation of lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Skilled in interpreting financial statements.
• Skilled in managing Quality, Safety and Environmental Systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners.
• Ability to rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Education Requirements:

• 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience is required, with emphasis in at least one of the following: contract fabrication and machining, aerospace and sheet metal assembly, or heat exchanger manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
• Industry training certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
