- Robert Half is hiring for an Operations Assistant for a company located in Centennial. This is a part-time opportunity, and can accommodate 20-30 hours a week. As an Operations Assistant you will be responsible for:•Maintains an accurate running inventory.•Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.•Records, reports, and returns defective items.•Supplying necessary data to accounting or other appropriate department for payment and recordkeeping.•Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.•Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.•Verifies items to pick tickets, serial number to traceability report•Enters inventory assets into Customer Database within Salesforce•Track borrowed inventory items•Preparation of shipping labels•Pack smaller orders during busy quarter ends•Learn how to pack larger system orders in order to back up shipping manager when on vacation•Filing of completed sales orders/invoices•Assist with tracking shipments for orders showing proof of delivery•Retrieve mail on a daily basis
