Operations Specialist jobs in Long Beach, CA

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze digital advertising pacing and performance, pull reports, and make recommendations for optimization.
• Create, implement, and troubleshoot tags for all digital campaigns.
• Support and maintain digital advertising and work with agencies and advertisers to drive digital revenue/sales.

Requirements

• Excellent math skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• BA in Business, Computer Science, Engineer, Mathematics, Marketing, or other related fields strongly preferred.
• Relevant experience working with digital advertising platforms and ad tech is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of advertising products and services, data driven optimization, and OTT addressable advertising.
• Familiarity with DSP/SSP/Exchange, ad serving, data exchanges or cross-device performance advertising is preferred.
• Must understand Chinese and English.
• Technical skills such as SQL, Python, R/SAS/Stata a plus.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient using Google business suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
