Operations Specialist:
PMC Wireless is a 30 year old, growing technology company that supports the mission-critical communications needs of public-sector clients such as Schools, Police Departments, Fire Departments, Hospitals and Transportation agencies. We are looking for a skilled Customer Success (Service) Representative to perform a variety of tasks with a focus on providing the highest level of service. This role involves managing a high volume of work, the ability to prioritize and to work efficiently, strong organization and communication skills, and the capacity to absorb and process large amounts of information with a sense of urgency.

- General Responsibilities
- Support management to achieve company goals.
- Perform all needed activities to expedite opportunities, orders, and services.
- Support the development, communication, and maintenance of company policies, processes, and systems.
- Produce reports and analysis as directed by management.
- Detailed Responsibilities
IT
- Internal Point of Contact (POC). Liaison between PMC staff and IT firm. Address basic IT requirements and issues.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires and offboarding of outgoing employees.
Cradlepoint/Production
- Perform production activities including unpacking, disassembly, processing, installation, activation, assembly, and packing.
- Manage and track software subscriptions.
- Spearhead the Cradlepoint router configuration and subscription management process.
- Contribute to building out new products and services with focus on managed services.
Tech Service
- Contribute to building the opportunity pipeline by conducting site walks and other activities as needed.
- Act as a flex resource for Tech Services to support troubleshooting, installations, and services.
- Support and streamline the radio repair process from intake to delivery.
- Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Teams, …)
- Strong IT acumen.
- Organization and ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive interactions with employees.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
- Proactive, creative, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Computer since/IT degree or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
