You will be the backbone of our strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge tools in Yardi's lead management, database marketing, and automation solutions. What You'll Do:

• Executes end-to-end email campaign production and implementation, including planning, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization in HubSpot & CRM.
• Coordinates with sales and marketing efforts to help maintain a cohesive and effective sales and marketing lead nurturing process through advertising, leads, and email campaign programs.
• Assists with the list segmentation, email testing, deployment, tracking, and reporting for marketing campaigns.
• Processes, analyzes, and enters leads and lead lists.
• Conducts company and contact research; compiles and analyzes data to ensure data completeness and integrity in internal systems.
• Provides internal support/maintenance of various sales and marketing systems.
• Documents internal processes, creating and maintaining a repository of sales and marketing procedures.
• Understands and helps maintain lead criteria for company and leads assignments.
• Helps with miscellaneous projects and data management tasks. Researches, identifies, and analyzes third-party and market data to identify real estate trends/opportunities in support of key goals and initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Finance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three plus (3 ) years in marketing, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a B2B sales/marketing organization.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of lead routing and MQL rule management for systemic implementation and deployment with sales.
• Knowledge of global compliance email rules, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
• Solid understanding of B2B bulk email marketing execution, list management/segmentation, and use of email systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of work and tasks
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well in collaboration with others.
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative professional relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients.

Helpful to have:

• Yardi domain experience
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and Yardi's competitors
• SQL or equivalent data query language
