Description
The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and office environments. This position involves a variety of tasks, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, organization, office cleaning, ensuring materials are in stock, and supporting sales efforts through listing items for sale. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct inventory checks and uphold quality standards for audits.
- Organize and clean warehouse and office spaces, manage supplies and materials.
- Oversee stock levels of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Support sales by listing items for sale, photographing products, and assisting with online postings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational and administrative tasks are efficiently executed.
- Manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Undertake additional responsibilities to foster the seamless operation of the company.

Requirements
Education
Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED. Working experience and extensive knowledge is preferable.
Experience
Experience in warehouse operations, office management, or similar roles is preferred.
