Operations Supervisor jobs in Johnstown, PA

Under supervision of the Park Hospitality Manager at Berkeley Springs State Park, employee will assist with the daily operations of The Main Bathhouse, Old Roman Bathhouse and Gift Shop in an efficient manner. Employee is responsible for invoice coding/processing, accounts receivable, bank deposits, reconciling daily cash register reports, inventories, new employee training, and all daily, weekly, and monthly reports necessary and/or required by central office. Employee will coordinate scheduling of seasonal employees. Employee will be required to obtain a state purchasing card, is responsible for purchasing and to be familiar with the required paperwork in accordance with state purchasing guidelines and procedures. Employee will coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure that supplies and material inventories necessary for the operation of spa facilities and bathhouse. Employee must be efficient and proactive in the handling of park guest complaints, both verbal and written and have the ability to interact with park guests and visitors in a positive way. Employee will improve spa business by various means while assisting with promotion of packages and services to increase park profits. Employee will demonstrate topnotch hospitality and professionalism and assist training employees in areas of hospitality. May be assigned low to intermediate level supervisory duties in a variety of park work settings. These might include front desk, gift shop, etc. Will do hands-on work within the area of assignment plus all related work as required.
