Facilitate regular District meetings for coordination of work and financial status monitoring Closely manage revenue and cost control; work to correct any company-wide budgetary deficiencies Foster, model and enforce a safe work environment  JOB REQUIREMENTS:  5 years in a supervisory or management role with multi-state/multi-location experience.  A four-year college degree in construction management, engineering or business administration is preferred Successful multi-location management experience within the Fire Life Safety, Fire Protection industry. Experience driving business growth and efficiencies. Managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for multiple districts, locations. Ability to recruit, build teams, motivate and retain top talent. Possess well-developed interviewing and hiring skills. Experience driving acquisitions and managing integrations. Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking skills Ability to travel throughout the region, including overnight lodging Must possess a passion for team safety and the ability to balance operations with safe work prioritization Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to drive business growth Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to develop employees Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements. Demonstrate a high level of customer service. Ability to work within a team environment. Self-starter that can work with little to no supervision. Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly. Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes. In addition to the above, the most desirable candidate will have:  Industry licensing or certification of competency with fire alarms and commercial fire sprinklers
