Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with manager and other team leaders to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food management or team leader role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Knowledge of training and development principles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
