    We are in search of a dynamic multi-unit operations leader to manage expanding operations in the Boise, Idaho market. This role will oversee operations in an existing Marco’s store and support the development and opening of up to 6 more stores over 18 months.
    This role is responsible for driving Marco’s Key Results and initiatives, maintaining high operational standards of product, service and image, and building profitable sales promoting a strong and healthy business.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Restaurant Oversight:
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to restaurant managers in your district.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
    Financial Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase profitability across all restaurants in your district.
    • Review P&L statements and cost control measures to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Assist with inventory management, labor cost control, and expense management.
    Training and Development:
    • Train and develop restaurant managers and their teams to meet and exceed company standards.
    • Conduct training sessions on operational procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
    • Identify and address skill gaps and performance issues through coaching and feedback.
    • Ensure that all restaurants consistently maintain high food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
    • Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines.
    Marketing and Promotions:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing initiatives and promotions.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    Customer Service:
    • Promote a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality in each restaurant.
    • Address customer complaints and ensure that concerns are resolved to maintain customer satisfaction.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
    • Store manager operations certification
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Servsafe certified
    • 5 years of successful multi-unit/regional level restaurant management or multi-unit franchisee.
    • Proven track record of high achievement and success in a highly competitive business segment
    • Travel is required, usually over 50%. At times it could be extensive (10 days or longer).
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to fly on commercial airlines.
    Physical Requirement(s):
    • Must be able to stand for longer periods at a time (10 hours) on any given day, though not necessarily daily.
    • Need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs on any given day.

    • Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, company policies and procedures

    • Possess a keen knowledge and function of support departments including Training, Marketing, Finance and Development.
    • Follows company policies, upholds professional standards, and performs all work in a manner respectful of others.
    • Superior people skills and ability to navigate relationships.
    • Well-developed oral and written communication skills and confident presentation skills with ability to train.
    • Knowledgeable computer skills including Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint and Outlook.
