Operations Unit Manager manages the daily activities of an operations unit. Responsible for planning and directing budgets, goals, and business objectives. Being an Operations Unit Manager requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent or in a related area. Typically reports to a senior manager. The Operations Unit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be an Operations Unit Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Area Supervisor of QSR Operations
Due to unit growth, we need to add a District Manager. This is a very hands-on role, so I'm not looking for someone who has overseen 15 locations, Ideally this is a leader with QSR leadership overseeing 3-5 locations simultaneously.
You must have QSR leadership in your recent background.
Area Supervisor Compensation:
• Competitive base salary up to 90 base.
• Strong benefits package with health, dental, STD and mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle

• No crazy late-night hours.

Area Supervisor Requirements:
• A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
• A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
• REQUIRES significant drive-through experience
• Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
• Hands-on leadership style, this is NOT an administrative role.
This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.
This role will typically encompass days that run from 8a-8p or 11a-11p.
You will train and be assigned based on performance during training.
