We are an independent, woman-owned practice that focuses on exceptional patient care. Our staff is friendly and works together like family. Come join our team of two ophthalmologists - we specialize in cataract surgery/premium lens, diabetic eye care, glaucoma, corneal disease/refractive sx and dry eye. We are looking for 2-3 days of coverage during the WEEK (NO Saturday coverage). Duties include: full vision exams, screenings, contact lens evaluations, medical exam follow ups, pre/post surgical care.
We use a team-based approach for our clinical care and prioritize our relationship with patients rather than churning through patients like an assembly line. New Grads are welcome!
You will be joining a team of two ophthalmologists. Our specialties include cataract surgery, diabetic eye care, glaucoma, and dry eye. Part time 3-4 days with possibility of additional days.
Duties include but are not limited to:
– Refract patients, prescribe glasses, direct patients to the fully integrated Optical Dispensary.
– Provide routine eye examinations for new and established patients as well as follow-up exams for established medical patients in the ophthalmology practice.
– Perform contact lens fittings to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
– Perform triage and screening for acute patients in ophthalmology.
– Perform pre and post operative exams for cataract surgery
