Associate Optometrist

Dr. Daniel Mulder Optometry is seeking an Optometrist for our practice located in Spokane, WA We're seeking an optometrist who is dedicated to patient care and has excellent clinical and people skills. Must be committed to providing patients with the highest level of care and a wide range of services to ensure eye health and vision for life. Candidates must be licensed to practice optometry in Washington. If relocating, Spokane has breathtaking natural scenery, including nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, offering abundant outdoor recreational opportunities. Additionally, its relatively affordable cost of living compared to other cities in the region makes it an attractive choice. We're also open to hiring new graduates!

About Us:

We practice full-scope optometry and serve patients of all ages. Our specialties include routine exams for glasses and contact lenses (including lenses for astigmatism and multifocal), dilated retinal exams, treatment of corneal abrasions, bandage contact lenses, red eye (pink eye) evaluation and treatment, diabetic eye exams, medical eye exams, evaluation of floaters/detachments, dry eye evaluation and treatment, cataract evaluation and post-op treatment, foreign body removal, pediatric exams, amblyopia treatment, and much more.

We are conveniently located inside a Visionworks store, so patients don't have to go far to get the complete, professional eye care they deserve.

What You'll Do:

An additional optometrist is needed to continue to grow the practice. We seek an optometrist who has the flexibility to manage a busy schedule, as we are open for 6 days a week. The ideal candidate is a self- starter and is able to handle fast paced environment as well as the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. We have the latest eye care technology including Maestro II, Blephex, Hansen 9000 VF, Icare Tonometry, and Topcon Autorefractor We also have volunteer opportunities available with a local charity eye care organization (started in 2012).
