- Diagnose and treat visual problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia
- Prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses to correct vision impairments
Experience:
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state license to practice optometry
- Strong knowledge of ocular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to patients in a clear and understandable manner
