Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Debt Collections Processor within our Collections Department. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate account details. Working closely with the Collections team, you will play a vital role in executing timely and effective collections processes. Additionally, you will contribute to integrating customer data into our CRM system.
Essential Duties
Effectively manage customer accounts and maintain accurate account details using computer programs such as Monday.com, Asana, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of customer data into our system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide light customer service support by monitoring emails and promptly responding to customer inquiries within established guidelines.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and collections activities to ensure accurate documentation and audit trail.
Assist in the development and implementation of efficient collections processes and strategies, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Collections Department.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, enhance collections performance, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in collections or account management, with a solid understanding of collections processes and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in using computer programs such as Monday.com, Asana, Outlook, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration and coordination with team members and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and discrepancies.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Knowledge of collections best practices and regulations is considered a plus, demonstrating a commitment to compliance and ethical collections practices.
Qualifications and Experience Preferred
