Oracle Database Administrator administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company's Oracle database. Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves Oracle database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. Being an Oracle Database Administrator may require a bachelor's degree in a related area or in a related area. Typically reports to a manager. To be an Oracle Database Administrator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Position Responsibilities: Monitor databases for proper performance and accuracy
    Install upgrades and maintain systems
    Manage storage for all applications
    Create, configure, and maintain BI, Excel, and Salesforce.com reports
    Manage server configuration, migration, and other implementations
    Monitor root cause analysis and resolutions
    Manage back-ups and recovery procedures
    Administer and test new upgrades
    Troubleshoot and resolve database problems
    Ensure audit trails are maintained and documented
    Database data entry for sales and marketing needs
    Proactively and regularly make recommendations for system improvements
    Collate, prepare, and present statistical information for reporting purposes
    Administer Salesforce.com

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education and Experience - A bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related information technology field preferred
    A minimum of three (3) years experience of SQL server database experience or database base administration preferred
    Experience with any of the following: Conga Composer, Geopointe, Docusign and DataLoader, Salesforce.com preferred
    3 years experience with SQL reporting services, including creating, modifying, and managing custom reports preferred
    Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MS SQL preferred
    Proficient Excel skills, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc. required
