Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, remain composed in a fast-paced setting, efficiently handle multiple tasks, and swiftly resolve issues.

Order Status Monitoring:

Proactively address any issues or delays in the processing of orders.

Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related concerns and enhance processes.

Perform regular reviews of order entries to detect and rectify errors.

Implement quality control protocols to reduce discrepancies in order processing.

Order Entry:

Monitor incoming orders from various platforms like Amazon, Walmart , and Shopify.

Validate order details for accuracy.

Manage inventory allocation.

Communication:

Collaborate with the sales team to clarify order specifications and resolve discrepancies.

Work with the warehouse team to confirm order details and address inquiries or issues.

Communicate with customers regarding shipping, payments, and return merchandise authorizations.

Data Maintenance:

Maintain precise and up-to-date customer information in NetSuite

Collaboration:

Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related matters and enhance processes.

Partner with the marketing team to support customer acquisition and list building.

Engage with the sales team to stay informed about the market.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct routine reviews of order entries to identify and rectify errors.

Implement quality control measures to minimize discrepancies in order processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
