Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :

• Accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on orders and quantities.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely.
• Inspect items for damage or defects, reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with safety and health regulations.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet or exceed productivity targets and deadlines.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
• Good physical fitness, able to lift and move heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
