Being an Order Clerk, Sr. confirms orders, updates shipping status, and notifies customers of any backorder or delivery delays. Researches and resolves order errors and updates the system. Additionally, Order Clerk, Sr. may prepare packing lists or other order-related documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Order Clerk, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. How you will make an impact - Provide Balance Sheet account reconciliations - Engage in various department-wide initiatives - Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management - Perform monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP - Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors - Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc. - Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process - Coordinate Ad-hoc projects as necessary - When working with business partners, ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls.
