Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Clerk. As an Order Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our systems and ensuring timely processing. This role requires strong clerical and administrative skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders from customer into the system with a high level of accuracy
- Review and verify order information with customers for completeness and correctness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain organized files and documentation of customer orders
- Assist in data collection and analysis for reporting purposes
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and order status

Requirements:

- Great customer service skills
- Proven experience in a clerical or office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with file systems and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
