The Service Order Dispatcher will provide assistance by distributes work orders to service crews. Accomplishes work in accordance with authorized Work Orders and contract requirements for response and performance. Completes Work Order feedback in accordance with established procedures.

• Using NexGen or Government provide computer program will receive, record, and distribute work orders to service crews upon customers' requests for service on services or utilities. Inform service trades of emergency task orders in accordance with the current PWS.
• Records information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered. Prepares work order and distributes to service crew.
• Schedules service call and dispatches service crew.
• Calls or writes customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service.
• Keeps record of service calls and work orders.
• May dispatch orders, relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments, using radio or telephone equipment.

• Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be fluent in English. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• CLEARANCES, CERTIFICATIONS, TRAINING, ETC.: Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Certification, license or registration may be required if necessary to perform job functions. Facility clearance including official background check is required.
• MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT: Ability to safely operate and maintain the following: General office equipment (i.e. telephone, copier, fax, computer, adding .11achine etc.).

Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
