Order Clerk, Sr. jobs in Reading, PA
Order Clerk, Sr. receives and processes orders for materials and merchandise. Utilizes order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, record prices, delivery dates, inventory status, maintain customer information and other data related to each transaction. Being an Order Clerk, Sr. confirms orders, updates shipping status, and notifies customers of any backorder or delivery delays. Researches and resolves order errors and updates the system. Additionally, Order Clerk, Sr. may prepare packing lists or other order-related documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Order Clerk, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. SUMMARY : Origlio Beverage is a leading wholesale distributor of fine beer, cider, hard seltzer, and other progressive adult beverages.
We are a 4th generation family-owned and operated business, founded in 1933, serving the 9 counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To work 3nd shift hours. Hours Sunday- Thursday, 3 : 00 - 11 : 30 pm
- Must be able to interact cordially and productively with a variety of people.
- Must establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor, employees, and co-workers.
- Ability to engage in frequent bending, stooping and stretching. Lifting up to 35lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Willing to pass pre-employment tests including a background check.
- Detail oriented
- Possess scheduling flexibility
