Order Clerk, Sr. receives and processes orders for materials and merchandise. Utilizes order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, record prices, delivery dates, inventory status, maintain customer information and other data related to each transaction. Being an Order Clerk, Sr. confirms orders, updates shipping status, and notifies customers of any backorder or delivery delays. Researches and resolves order errors and updates the system. Additionally, Order Clerk, Sr. may prepare packing lists or other order-related documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Order Clerk, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Equipment Operation
? Learn and successfully operate a ride-along electric double pallet jack for
efficient material handling.
? Learn and successfully operate hand jacks as situations require.
? Learn and successfully navigate products to proper shipping lanes and/or
