Job description

Goldkine is a licensed Class C Cultivation facility looking for passionate professionals.

MUST BE 21

Must be skilled in order fulfillment, METRC, inventory management, Microsoft excel, shipping/receiving, and compliance. Must be comfortable working in a strictly regulated environment and assist leaders with all aspects of the order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

• Creating METRC manifests.
• Coordinating Leaflink invoices.
• Updating available inventory in excel and tracking software.
• Manage finished goods in METRC.
• Maintain quality control for the scope of work produced.
• Ability to verify labels and understand the components of compliance surrounding packaging and labeling.
• Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner.
• Verify quality of products prior to shipment.
• Ensuring FIFO method of finished goods.
• Ensuring orders are properly and legally packaged for transport.
• Effectively meet the packing and shipping requirements of both external and internal customers.
• Take instructions and follow directions as delegated by leadership to meet daily and weekly individual and team production and quality standards.
• Assist associates in achieving team goals and support the leadership.
• Follow all instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
• Update and track all required information.
• Compliantly following the SOPs for each objective consistently.
• Report any improper action of compliance regulations.
• The use of ladders in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations is required.
• Required to sustain strict deadlines and guidelines.
