Starting Responsibilities Include:*
1. Run and Maintain entire fleet of digital printing machines daily

2. Willing and Capable a to Fully Repair Machine When Down At all Costs!
(This will require a firm understanding of both the software, hardware, chemistry, and physics of all machines)

3. Can Manage Resources Needed To Keep Machines Running Independently

Other Specific Tasks Include:

• Assists the Production Manager in planning and communicating work assignments
• Performs repairs on the entire fleet of digital printing machines independently following written work instructions
• Provides technical guidance to other team members
• Assists team in meeting performance and safety goals
• Assists with product evaluations for newer generation machines
• Maintains Inventory and Parts of all machines
• Inspects a unit’s condition to determine repairable or non-repairable damage
• Follows written procedures to determine unit performance
• Performs complex repair on units and firmware upgrades
• Performs final testing to confirm repair results
• Accesses and use of all programs associated with each machine including Adobe Illustrator and the RIP software
• Performs assigned work while maintaining efficiency and quality standards
• Performs adjustments using specialized test equipment
• Performs training for other employees
• Reviews and approve parts replacement and unit status
• Performs data entry tasks using available reporting systems
• Tracks and reports production and labor information
• Accurately maintains records
