Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products.     • Maintains an accurate key filing system for employees stationed at the facility.
    • Compiles and maintains an electronic master preventative maintenance inspection list and equipment record files for each shop.
    • Oversees and maintains multiple Engineering Service files associated with the responsibility of the position.
    • Maintains individual and personal accountability for the use of purchase cards issued.
    • Tracks, logs, and reports on a variety of Time and Attendance matters.
    • Ensures the clerical and administrative portions for service requests are accomplished daily so the systems are up-to-date at all times.
    • Has direct personal and telephone contact with all VA Medical Center employees.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must possess one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5) in federal service, that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position? Qualifying specialized experience includes: accessing computer databases to review service requests; maintaining accurate files and logs; monitoring and reconciling purchase card use; coordinating and tracking requests; and the ability to monitor and maintain timekeeping duties. NOTE: Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must clearly indicate the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position. Your resume must support the description selected by providing detailed documentation of the duties you have performed in positions you have held and/or training you have successfully completed.

    Applicant must have successfully completed two (4) years of education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite.
