Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Order Fulfillment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Order Fulfillment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Order Processor Job Description :
- Pick, process, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely shipment of small parcel orders following FIFO practices.
- Conduct visual inspections to maintain product quality.
- Accurately select products based on pick tickets.
- Assist in outbound pallet shipping and physical inventory.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure warehouse security.
- Work and assist with special projects as needed.
Order Processor Job Requirements :
- Must be able to use a baler and RF scanner.
- Must have a can do attitude.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Must be able to use MS Applications effectively and efficiently and have the ability to easily learn new software.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
