Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Order Fulfillment Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Order Fulfillment Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Description:

    This position supports several key areas of the company’s monthly closing process, including income statement account reviews, balance sheet reviews, budget to actual trend analysis, and other duties to support accurate and timely financials.  

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Supports the financial reporting process to provide timely, accurate and relevant financial information.
    • Responsible for overseeing the accuracy of cash accounts, including recording all cash activity during the month.
    • Responsible for preparing monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries and various other GL reconciliations.
    • Assist with restaurant level reconciliations, analysis, and daily close-out duties.
    • Ensure certain GL accounts are accurate by assisting with monthly income statement and balance sheet reviews. 
    • Assist with the daily review and approval of corporate and restaurant-level invoices including the corporate managed American Express credit card program.
    • Embraces a philosophy of continuous improvement.
    • Other duties and one-off projects assigned as needed.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
    • Previous accounting experience is a plus.
    • Prefer CPA or CPA eligible with plan to pursue.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multitask.
    • Must be able to prioritize workload to meet weekly/monthly deadlines.
    • Strong customer service is required as this position includes frequent interaction with the marketing team, vendors, and internal customers.
    • Should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
    • Must have strong Excel and data mining skills or the desire to learn.
    • Candidate should have above-average problem-solving skills.
