Together Farms is looking for an ambassador to take orders at Burger Night!

The person taking orders is one of the most important members of our Burger Night team. Sure you could think of this as "just" a cashier job but to us, it's so much more. You will be the first person our guests meet at Together Farms. How well you treat them, operate the POS system, answer questions and, in general, start them out with a fantastic experience, will help set the trajectory of their time with us. So, it's pretty important you love what you are doing so they can love everything we are doing (and tell all their friends). :)

You will be a bit of a liaison between the kitchen and the guests to ensure proper expectations are set. And guests may also look to you for assistance in solving problems. So you see, you are a critical component in how guests experience our farm.

The ideal candidate:

Responsibilities

• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen, walk-in, storage spaces.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored and properly maintained.
• Light kitchen work, like bun toasting and Burger Bar maintenance while open.
• Frequent communication with managers/staff.
• Adhere to all the policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.

We are selling an experience, and the world's best burgers (which makes that easier), and you are a critical part of that experience.

This position is anticipated to be close to full-time: May-early October. Burger Night is open Thursday & Friday at 4 and Saturday & Sunday at noon. Flexibility in scheduling and hours will be discussed during the interview but typically we can do as much or as little as you'd like.

Must be over 15 and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $8.00 - $18.00 per hour
