Job Type: Full Time and Part Time Positions available. Hours are Monday - Friday and Sunday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Sunday availability is strongly preferred.
Job Summary: The eCommerce warehouse order fulfillment specialist’s primary role is to efficiently gather and ship product to customers following the proper guidelines and procedures. This role is a very physical position requiring the lifting and packaging of product up to 50 lbs. The fulfillment specialist will operate various computer programs to complete product orders, print shipping labels and ensure timely delivery of product. The fulfillment specialist is unique because the role is team based, but the individual must also able to effectively work independently.

Position Outline: The eCommerce warehouse order fulfillment specialist plays a key role in the eCommerce department. Utilizing the various shipping programs, the fulfillment specialist will ensure that orders are correct and being shipped out in a timely fashion. The fulfillment specialist will operate in a multi-faceted role. The fulfillment specialist will operate in the FedEx/ UPS side, shipping larger products and packages. The product can include pet food, bird seed, various stock feeds and other heavier miscellaneous products. These products can range from 15 – 50 pounds. The fulfillment specialist may also work in the wild bird fulfillment department shipping smaller packages of pre-bagged wild bird seed.
The essential job functions include (but are not limited to) are:
· Operate the various shipping programs to complete various customer orders in a timely and efficient manner
· Review the order sheets to pull and package product to keep an efficient logistical flow among the shipping departments
· Organize and palletize the various product and merchandise in the eCommerce department
· Run inventory checks on merchandise and product in the eCommerce department to keep an accurate inventory count
Position Requirements:
The eCommerce order fulfillment specialist will work in the eCommerce department. Some additional requirements are listed below:
· Physical job- ability to stand on one’s feet for up to 12 hours a day is a must
· Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. consistently is also a must
· Experience in a fulfillment specialist or warehouse role is a plus, but not required
· The fulfillment specialist must be able to work independently or as a team, self-starter is a must
