Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Position Title: Order Fulfillment - Puller
Position Type: Part Time, Hourly,
Schedule: 4:30 AM-completion of daily orders, Monday through Friday, and the occasional Saturday, with a 7:00 AM start time.
NFS is a third-party service provider for a national grocer wholesaler’s “Click and Collect” online ordering system. Our partner is a wholesale food service distributor with a targeted customer base of independent restaurants, caterers, and not-for-profits.
A NFS Puller is responsible for selecting and carting select items for customers’ orders.
Position Summary: NFS Pullers are an essential part of the on-demand grocery service for our partnering wholesaler. NFS Pullers are responsible for locating the items from a customer’s order on store shelves, ensuring that all items meet the customers’ specifications and quality standards. NFS Pullers must maintain accurate records of their orders and pull in a timely manner, as orders are processed before store opening with time windows for customer arrival.
Job Requirements: The job requirements for a NFS Puller are straightforward; the essential requirements are that you must be authorized to work in the U.S., be 18 years of age, and have a valid form of identification and a reliable method of timely transportation. You must also pass a background check.
Additionally, you must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and be comfortable pushing a cart with heavy items. You should also be able to navigate around the store quickly and accurately, as well as have a good sense of direction and the ability to read and understand the store layout.
Finally, you should also have excellent interpersonal skills, as you will need to interact with different teams occasionally, including the employees of our partnering wholesale foodservice distributor and, possibly, their customers. You should be friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions customers may have.
