ROLE:

The Fulfillment Team Lead will assist in leading the team through the daily activities in the fulfillment area to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all orders are completed in order to satisfy delivery and service requirements.

TEAM LEADER FUNCTIONS:

• Backup to Sales Operations Manager
• Organize open orders and the picking process for incoming product needed to complete the order.
• Direct and coordinate the work of the packaging and fulfillment team.
• Process shipments for complete/fulfilled orders-inclusive of physical process, and electronic process interfacing with NetSuite, Ozlink and shipping vendor platforms.
• Can interpret production schedule priority and coordinate the work of the team accordingly.
• Communicates problems / issues with professionalism and a sense of urgency.

• Mathematical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data, count, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages.
• Ability to handle small parts, with manual dexterity sufficient to combine jewelry settings and gemstones.
• Visual acuity to accurately identify product colors against reference color charts, and to evaluate product quality using a jeweler’s eye loupe.
• Ability to use computer technology tools including time clock, computer workstations, product scanners, label printers and related software applications (Office 365, etc).

• Completes work according to quality requirements and performs quality inspections with results documented as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma required; one year of factory related experience in production, or warehouse / fulfillment operations. 
• Organized thought process with high attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results, effective prioritization to meet scheduled requirements, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent work ethic.  Follows directions and demonstrates initiative to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds if needed.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility.
• Regularly utilizes depth perception, peripheral vision, close focus, and color identification.
