Order Fulfillment Director leads and directs the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Director develops scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Implements order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Director establishes inventory monitoring procedures to track and trigger actions that will maintain appropriate levels of products. Partners with stakeholders to identify conditions impacting the fulfillment workflow and to develop effective solutions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator is a customer focused and hands-on position. Work with current fulfillment customers and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time accurately. The position is responsible to work with customer through email and phone communication on a daily basis and fulfilling each order from receiving to shipping while maintaining all inventory. Responsibilities include picking orders, staging orders for shipping, scheduling shipping appointments, replenishment, raw material replenishment, and inventory control
