Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Picker to join our team at our distribution center. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders.
Duties:
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specific instructions
- Ensure accuracy and quality control by checking items for damage or defects
- Stock inventory in designated locations within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse operations
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
