ROLE

As a part of Kingship Fulfillment we always work to Reflect & Reveal Royalty! As a Pick Packer, you'll help keep pace with changing demands and make sure every product is where it should be. At the end of the day, it’s your organizational skills and dedication that are at the heart of what Kingship does — connecting people to the Kingdom! Kingship is fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing. This is a full-time, employee position. Our work hours will flex up during busy months (Tax Season/Black Friday) and flex down certain times of year due to seasonality. There will be times we need to work late or even on weekends. Saying “YES” without reservation is our way of business and we ask a lot from our team when it comes to flexibility!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick and pack’s product based on daily orders
• Custom engraving
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
• Be high energy and forward-thinking. We like fast learners that take ownership in their role!
• Receiving inbound inventory into the warehouse weekly
• Do cycle counts upon request
• Processing returns and restocking inventory
• Amazon FBA prep
• Anticipating issues, leaning into problems, and resolving them quickly
• Multitasking and prioritizing with the swiftness of a ninja
• Embracing new challenges every day. Being adaptable and flexible is critical!
• Start Fast & Finish Focused. Be action oriented and just start, but also diligent to do things right.

RESULTS

As a Pick/Packer you will be responsible for getting orders out daily in a timely manner. The Pick Packer will assist in inbound shipments and make sure inventory is where it needs to be.

PICKER/PACKER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
• Picking, packing, and loading
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking
• Facilitate a culture of constant growth while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Great communication skills that can result in effective communication not only with their own team, but also with other departments, supervisors, customers, and company partners.
• Relationships with people in the industry in order to constantly learn new and update existing tactics/strategies of the team according to ever-changing factors.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
• Have a sense of humor. Kinda serious about this one
• Display critical thinking and ability to make appropriate judgment calls where needed
• Have a passion for the work we do and the impact we are making within our industry
• Have a heightened attention to detail, being able to anticipate inventory & shipping needs
• You are tech-savvy. You can navigate multiple systems, learn new tools, and effectively troubleshoot.

TOOLS PROFICIENCY REQUIRED

• Ship Hero WMS
• G Suite/Google Admin
• Asana

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
