Order Fulfillment Manager manages the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Manager implements scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Manager monitors inventories utilizing systematic procedures to maintain appropriate levels of products. Coordinates with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Order Fulfillment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Order Fulfillment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. What You Will Do
All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Fulfillment Lead, this means:- Picking and checking merchandise for customer pickup, delivery, and installer pickup.
- Being friendly and professional, and engaging customers as they enter the store, helping them find merchandise if needed.
- Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.
The Fulfillment Lead spends most of his/her time checking, managing, and fulfilling orders. These orders consist of online, pick up later, delivery, install and pro. As Fulfillment Lead, he/she provides supervision, coaching, and support to the Fulfillment Associates. This associate also assists by making recommendations to solve issues and by prioritizing work to meet customer needs.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring storesJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
