Order Fulfillment Manager manages the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Manager implements scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Manager monitors inventories utilizing systematic procedures to maintain appropriate levels of products. Coordinates with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Order Fulfillment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Order Fulfillment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Description:
Order fulfillment for dropships and distribution centers.
Identifying correct item and item description for orders and preparing order for shipment to the customer.
Supporting shelf stocking and ordering inventory from JorPack for use at the Van Buren warehouse location.
Start mastering one job, then cross-train for the next.
Lifting avg. 30-50, occasionally max. 65 lbs.

Pay and Benefits
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
Pay is set to increase to $16.00 Per Hour after the first 3 months. Stay-on-pay increase is based on performance and cultural fit.
Overtime paid after 40 hours a week. Occasional weekend overtime but limited.
Annual review and competitive pay
Earn PTO from day one. 1st year PTO of 2 weeks. Work your way up to 4 weeks a year!

Requirements
Most likely you are local and ready to start immediately (or within 2 weeks)
Solid English skills: Reading and comprehension skills - Standard Operating Procedures are in writing. Ability to understand verbal English instructions.
