Duties:
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and order information
- Assist with clerical duties such as transcribing, proofreading, and typing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles

Note: This position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting heavy packages.
