Being an Order Fulfillment Manager implements scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Manager monitors inventories utilizing systematic procedures to maintain appropriate levels of products.
