Order Fulfillment Manager manages the order fulfillment process. Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes. Being an Order Fulfillment Manager implements scalable business processes and customer service standards to deliver efficient order processing. Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Manager monitors inventories utilizing systematic procedures to maintain appropriate levels of products. Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks within a distribution center to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Use order picking equipment, such as RF scanners and forklifts, to accurately locate and retrieve items from designated areas
- Load and unload products onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Assist with inventory management by organizing stock and conducting cycle counts
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems
- Proficiency in operating RF scanners and other heavy equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
