Will be a customer advocate focusing on ensuring orders are properly reviewed and executed in accordance with customer SLAs/IRGs. Extensive collaboration will be required with customer, distribution, transportation, purchasing, planning, and finance to ensure all aspects of order fulfillment met.You will:
- Conduct daily review of new customer orders against customer forecast plan, stock on hand, and in-transit inventory to determine ability to accept incoming order volume request and delivery date needs of the customer
- Validate customer orders to SLA, Pricing, credit terms etc
- Communicate regularly with Customer on resolving any issue related to customers deliverable expectations
- Coordinate fulfillment schedules with the global fulfillment centers to ensure all orders are properly allocated, scheduled, and executed on-time on a weekly basis
- Act as an account champion and work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
- Proactively diagnose and understand the underlying operational issues and opportunities in the business and work on recovery initiatives that directly impact customer committed ship dates and OTIF KPIs
- Partner with internal departments to provide customer(s) weekly order status updates, shipping tracking, open order status, product and any tasks relating to orders
- Work closely with finance on credit holds, credit limits, AP & AR related issues
- Establish and maintain regular communication with Distribution, Transportation, Purchasing and other teams as needed
- Order/ Invoice validation and 3-way match reconciliation (Umbrella Audit)
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date on all facets of assigned account- including contract compliance and program initiatives
- Assist tracking of annual account performance, including RMA requests, EOL notifications
What You’ll Need to be Successful- Must have 4 years professional experience in operations, customer engagement and order management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent related work experience required
- Fluent in Spanish - both verbal and written
- Highly proficient level computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office tools, CRM systems, Microsoft Great Plains, and WMS.
- Experience supporting or working with retail and/or wireless carriers and distributors is highly preferred.
- Be able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Have a clear understanding of the supply chain process Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Able to articulate and understand customers’ business requirements.
- Analytical with high degree of proficiency in Keynotes and Microsoft office suite
- Attention to detail, prominent organization, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- This position is in-office 5 days a week in our Midvale, UT location
