Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, maintain customer information, and monitor contracts or agreements for expiration or renewal. Additionally, Order Fulfillment Manager monitors inventories utilizing systematic procedures to maintain appropriate levels of products. Coordinates with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
