Job Purpose:
This position will oversee the orders of a team of ScreenBroidery sales reps ensuring work orders are processed, goods are ordered, vendor instructions are communicated, quality is maintained, costs are accurate, and timelines are met. The order manager will also follow up with customers to ensure proofs are approved, order changes are communicated, and customer expectations are met.

The position requires an individual with an ability to operate effectively in social environments, must be able to strike a conversation with strangers, know ScreenBroidery’s products and selling process, and be able to manage multiple tasks at once. The position requires effective time management, an ability to respond quickly, and be highly organized. The position requires a focused, self-motivated individual who can build solutions, brainstorm possibilities, and develop and maintain good relationships both internally and externally. The position should be able to see the big picture and play a contributing role in the overall growth of the organization. The position should be willing to be challenged, be willing to learn, and be willing to improve on current processes.

Additional Information:
The position is full time and may require work outside of normal business hours during key sales times. The position will require daily office work, working from ScreenBroidery Outpost in Fishers, IN. Some travel may be required to meet with customers and extended periodic travel will be needed for specific needs and events.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is pre-taxed annual salary based on qualifications and experience and is eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities
