Job Purpose:

This position will oversee the orders of a team of ScreenBroidery sales reps ensuring work orders are processed, goods are ordered, vendor instructions are communicated, quality is maintained, costs are accurate, and timelines are met. The order manager will also follow up with customers to ensure proofs are approved, order changes are communicated, and customer expectations are met.

The position requires an individual with an ability to operate effectively in social environments, must be able to strike a conversation with strangers, know ScreenBroidery’s products and selling process, and be able to manage multiple tasks at once. The position requires effective time management, an ability to respond quickly, and be highly organized. The position requires a focused, self-motivated individual who can build solutions, brainstorm possibilities, and develop and maintain good relationships both internally and externally. The position should be able to see the big picture and play a contributing role in the overall growth of the organization. The position should be willing to be challenged, be willing to learn, and be willing to improve on current processes.

• 1 – 3 years in a professional environment
• Customer Service experience
• Strong written and verbal communicationskills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience or knowledge in/of the apparel and/or promotional products industry
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process all orders for assigned sales reps
• Manage all orders for sales reps, including proofing, any order questions that may arise, invoicing, manage tracking or set up deliveries
• Communicate important order information to customers in a proactive manner
• Communicate order changes and updates with sales reps (or customers) as needed
• Assist sales reps with special pricing, and work with vendors to lower the costs of jobs.
• Run daily production reports to ensure production is moving as expected
• Meet weekly with sales team and order management team to review all orders in production and orders in the pipeline

Additional Information:
The position is full time and may require work outside of normal business hours during key sales times. The position will require daily office work, working from ScreenBroidery Outpost in Fishers, IN. Some travel may be required to meet with customers and extended periodic travel will be needed for specific needs and events.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is pre-taxed annual salary based on qualifications and experience and is eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities

• 100 hours of personal days are available following first 90 days (personal days are not tied to compensation and do not roll over into future years)
• 9/80 Work Schedule (Nine days, 80 hours per week) available after first 90 days
• $50 per month wellness reimbursement
• $500 "Be the Customer Program"
• Full-time employment positions are eligible to join the company’s Telehealth subscription after 90 days
• Full-time employment is eligible for 3% of salary contribution into the company’s Simple IRA program at start of employment
• A performance review will be conducted every two weeks for the first 30 days and quarterly from then on out. Annual reviews, expectations, and goals will be conducted in January of each year
