Our client is looking to add a full-time Customer Service Representative to their team, who will be responsible for customer relations, invoicing, order processing, and providing direct support to the customer and sales team to Create Customer Success. We are looking for candidates who have had Sales Administrative Assistant, or Order Processing or Customer Support experience. This is not a call-center environment - communication is primarily via email but very collaborative team. It's important employee's are able to build rapport quickly and are very detail oriented.
This is a full-time role with traditional hours and offers work/life balance with minimal overtime. Candidates already local to the area please apply.
