Organizational Development Consultant implements all aspects of organizational development. Develops training programs, facilitates change management initiatives, and reviews current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals. Being an Organizational Development Consultant builds human capital through employee development programs. Measures employee performance to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Organizational Development Consultant implements and reports on the effectiveness of leadership development, team development, and organizational communication programs and practices. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Organizational Development Consultant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Have knowledge of all tasks and equipment in the production areas.
Assist Material Handler II to obtain approved lot numbers and in preparation of labels required for Work Orders.
Physically move materials from the staging area to the appropriate production area (e.g., assembly, wrapping, kitting).
Set up production lines (e.g., assembly, wrapping, kitting) with materials needed to complete Work Orders.
Keep lines supplied with materials.
Assist the Material Handler II to count and record number of de-issued material quantities for warehouse returns.
Verify that all materials are removed from the work stations after the completion of each production run (line clearance).
Assist with cycle counts.
Keep production areas clean and materials off the floor.
Move trash and discarded cardboard into recycle bins.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,
and procedure manuals.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
Ability to compute percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral
form.
