Summary Barrow Development is growing and we are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless administrative operations across all departments.

General Responsibilities

• Take charge of incoming calls, providing information on various departments, and efficiently directing calls as required.
• Demonstrate proactive task management skills, prioritizing and tracking tasks, ensuring timely completion of high-priority assignments.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in preparing, proofreading, and editing emails and documents, adhering to deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Coordinate meetings efficiently, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and notifying relevant personnel.
• Utilize computer software proficiently to handle basic accounting tasks.
• Maintain responsiveness to emails, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Organize and maintain filing systems to facilitate efficient document retrieval.
• Collaborate with team members across different roles to provide support as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office suite and accounting software.
• Self-disciplined and driven individual with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Understanding of privacy and security protocols in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
