What we do
Organizational Health is what separates ‘good’ organizations from the ‘great’. We work with executive teams globally and nationally to address the 5 key foundations to healthy and high performing organizations.
What the role is
Our Principal Consultants are responsible for running whole project workstreams and contributing to our new business pipeline either through project extensions or new client relationships.
The disciplinary focus of this role is organization design and effectiveness. Aligned to our core business offer, we will need the candidate to lead projects where we redesign organizations for growth, reduction in cost, or integration (but to name a few scenarios). We see organization design as much more than just boxes and wires. The role will focus on the holistic redesign, from the vision, purpose and culture to the operating model and ways of working.
There are three core focus areas that we use when thinking about consulting at Q5:
1) Project delivery
2) Business development
3) Practice management
