Automotive Business Development Center at Whaling City Auto Group - Just Added!

The Automotive Business Development Center at Whaling City Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Center Sales Representative.

This individual will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive sales and increase revenue for our dealership in New London, Connecticut.

Compensation & Benefits :

This is a Full Time, salaried position with competitive pay and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize various methods of communication (phone, email, social media, etc.) to generate leads and follow-up with potential and existing customers
• Schedule and conduct appointments with customers to showcase our inventory and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with sales and management teams to reach sales goals and increase profitability
• Stay up-to-date on current industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and knowledgeable information to customers
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales and customer service skills
• Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives as set by management

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proficient in various methods of communication including phone, email, and social media
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
